2 tablespoon honey
Get out of bed.
Set your broiler on medium-high, or if you’re super high-tech like me: put your broiler on. Halve the grapefruits, & run a knife along the fruit to separate it from the pith (white stuff). Put the halves flesh side up on a roasting pan or baking sheet lined with parchment or tin foil & set under the broiler.
After 3 minutes remove the grapefruits from the oven & drizzle the honey over the fruit. Admittedly, this works best from a squeezy container, congrats if you have that, otherwise dip a spoon in and drizzle. Put the grapefruits back under the broiler until the fruit is browning and the honey is bubbling, about 5 minutes.
Remove grapefruits from the oven, put them on a plate & pour whatever honey & juices remain in the roasting pan over the fruit. Get back in bed, eat.
